Author: We are pleased to announce the 2012 “BACK TO SCHOOL BICYCLE SAFETY RODEO” sponsored by Lowell General Hospital-Emergency Nurses Care Association, The Greater Lowell Kiwanis Club, CARSTAR, TARGET and the Lowell Police Department, September 16th, 2012 from 11am – 2pm at TARGET on Plain Street, in Lowell. This event includes a free bicycle inspection station, a free helmet fitting station and free bicycle safety handouts.
