Please be advised, the Lowell Police Department will be conducting tactical training exercises in the area of Mt. Vernon and Rock Street starting at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, September 24, 2012. Training exercises are expected to continue Monday through Friday for six weeks. We would like to remind residents that there is no need to be alarmed if you see law enforcement personnel conducting training exercises in this area.
