A group of local organizations and individual volunteers have set forth an initiative to help control the feral cat population in Lowell.

Please note, this organization is in no way affiliated with the Lowell Police Department or Lowell Animal Control.

The Lowell Trap Neuter Return Collaborative will be trapping cats on 1/26 and 1/27. They will be trapping on Floyd Street (near Kinsman end), Shaw Street (down near Rt 110 end), Sayles St, Wood Street near Tulip, Middlesex Street (intersection of Middlesex and Wilder).
