Directions to the LPD

From Interstate 495 or Route 3:

Take the Lowell Connector and follow it to Thorndike Street (Exit 5B). Thorndike St. then becomes Dutton Street. Follow Dutton St. to the corner of Merrimack Street. The Lowell Police Department is located at JFK Plaza, 50 Arcand Drive, next to City Hall.
