Towing Fees

The Department of Telecommunications and Energy set the towing fees.

The minimum fee is $90 per tow. City of Lowell contract allows an additional $20 per day storage - as soon as vehicle reaches the tow company's lot. There is also an administrative fee of $10 on all Police initiated tows. The total cost of a Police tow is $120.

During snow emergencies the tow fee is $50 plus a $10 storage fee.
