"The general feeling of my group from Indianapolis was that Lowell had done an excellent job of identifying their specific issue and problems . The obvious results were that the structure and practices of their Race Relations Council were well suited to Lowell's needs. We were very impressed by the programs being used and the positive reception they were getting from both officers and the community.

"Indianapolis has had a Race Relations Council for some time so, many of the practices being used in Lowell were also in practice here. Just recently I suggested using the youth involved role playing to address some police/youth relations issues here. In general the training was excellent. The materials and presenters were good, especially the enthusiasm of the instructors."
